# Form approvals

Use the **Approvals** inbox for Form submissions. This is separate from the content-review inbox for Playlists, Layouts, and Campaigns.

You only see Forms that your account is allowed to review.

## Review a submission

Open the submitted record. Tilecast shows the actions available for your account and the record's current state.

The default workflow includes:

- **Approve** to mark the record approved.
- **Request changes** to send it back with a required note.
- **Reject** to move it to the rejected state.

After changes are requested, the submitter can edit the record and send it again.

A Form View must include an approved or otherwise allowed output state before that record can appear in signage.
