Tilecast Studio

Tilecast Studio is the browser app for managing your installation. Open your Tilecast Server address in a browser and sign in.

Start with a display

If you are setting up a new screen, first install a Player and pair the display. Use Screens > Display Groups when screens should share assignments or playback behavior.

Create something to play

• Upload and organize media for images and videos.
• Add website content when a display needs a public website.
• Connect a Data Source when content needs values from a feed, file, calendar, or Manual Table.
• Create and reuse Widgets to show clocks, notices, or data.
• Build a Playlist to choose fullscreen content in order.
• Build a Layout to arrange several areas on one screen.
• Coordinate a release with a Campaign to publish related schedule changes together.
• Review content before publication when Playlists, Layouts, or Campaigns need approval.
• Use the content submission inbox to review the exact snapshot an author submitted.
• Build Forms to collect structured submissions that can feed signage.
• Review Form records from the central Approvals inbox.

Assign, schedule, and monitor

Use Schedules for a recurring or one-time playback window. Use Activity to check playback the Player confirmed, screen health, and incidents. Screen status explains what Fleet’s connection labels mean.
