Screen archive

Open Screens > Archive to see screens that are no longer part of the active fleet.

Archived screens are removed from current fleet counts and current-fleet uptime calculations. Their retained audit and playback history still follows the normal retention settings.

Archive a screen when that physical Player is retired or should no longer be managed as an active screen.

If you are replacing the hardware but want to keep the same screen name, assignments, schedules, policies, and history, use the replace-hardware pairing flow instead.

Do not archive an otherwise active screen only to hide an incident or warning.
