Data retention
Open Settings > Data retention to choose how long Tilecast keeps different kinds of operational history.
Retention settings cover data such as Player events, proof-of-play sessions, screen-state history, audit records, diagnostics, and telemetry summaries.
Tilecast limits the available retention ranges so these histories cannot be set to grow forever.
Telemetry
Section titled “Telemetry”Tilecast keeps the latest telemetry state separately from historical telemetry summaries. The latest state is updated in place instead of creating a new history row for every high-frequency sample.
Changing retention does not change what Players report. It only changes how long the server keeps eligible history.
Snapshot images have their own limits under Snapshot history. Full server backups use the retention rules described in Backup and restore.
