Form approvals

Use the Approvals inbox for Form submissions. This is separate from the content-review inbox for Playlists, Layouts, and Campaigns.

You only see Forms that your account is allowed to review.

Review a submission

Open the submitted record. Tilecast shows the actions available for your account and the record’s current state.

The default workflow includes:

• Approve to mark the record approved.
• Request changes to send it back with a required note.
• Reject to move it to the rejected state.

After changes are requested, the submitter can edit the record and send it again.

A Form View must include an approved or otherwise allowed output state before that record can appear in signage.

For Playlist, Layout, and Campaign review, use Content submissions.
