Content submissions

Open Content review > Open submission inbox to review submitted Playlists, Layouts, and Campaigns.

When someone submits content, Tilecast saves the exact version that was sent for review. The author can keep editing their draft, but those later edits are not added to the submission automatically.

Review a submission

1. Open the submitted item.
2. Review the submitted version.
3. Choose Approve or Request changes.
4. If you request changes, enter a reason for the author.
5. After approval, publish it or schedule the approved version when your role allows it.

Settings > Content review controls which publication actions need approval, whether someone can approve their own submission, and whether approval publishes automatically.

Campaign publishing still follows Campaign role permissions.

For Form submissions, use Form approvals.
